About the role:We are searching for a talented and results-oriented attorney to join our dynamic trial team. In this role, you will play a vital role in all aspects of complex litigation matters, working closely with partners and senior associates. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong track record of success in the following areas:
- Conducting depositions and hearings
- Managing discovery processes
- Working effectively as part of a trial team
- Demonstrated experience with legal research and writing
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or corporation
- State Bar of Texas license (or eligibility to obtain a license)
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Experience with all phases of discovery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
