Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working at the intersection of law and business. We are seeking a business-minded Associate Attorney with a strong background — or a genuine interest — in transactional and business advisory work, including buy/sell transactions, strategic business initiatives, contracts, and corporate governance.

In this role, you will advise organizations on employment laws and HR compliance, helping them align their workforce strategies with broader business goals. You will work within a supportive, team-driven environment, collaborating with attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive, business-focused solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other buy/sell transactions, including document drafting, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Advise business leaders on legal and operational implications of key business decisions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Guide clients on corporate governance, entity structuring, and compliance matters.
  • Provide guidance on employment law issues such as workplace policies, personnel practices, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Counsel on HR best practices, employee relations, and workforce planning from a legal perspective.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting clients and provide proactive solutions.
  • Work primarily in an office-based role, with limited travel depending on client needs.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, or pending bar admission.
  • 1–3 years of experience with a focus on transactional and business law; employment/HR experience is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-focused advice.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a professional, approachable working style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.

What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • A client-focused, business-oriented practice environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development through challenging, rewarding work.
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture that values mentorship and shared success.
