Social Security Disability (SSDI) & Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is all we do.Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Case evaluation
- Case development
- Review and analyze medical records
- Draft legal documents, including pre-hearing briefs
- Maintain contact with our diverse client base, providing guidance and support
- Prepare and represent clients at Administrative Law Judge hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management
Candidate must have experience in at least one of the following: Legal aid services/Medical field/Medical record review
