Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires excellent legal research and writing skills. Prior litigation experience is a plus. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide comprehensive legal services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties:
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
- Assist in litigation processes by preparing for court appearances, gathering evidence, and presenting cases effectively.
- Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services tailored to client needs.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD).
- Admission to practice in Maryland and/or North Carolina (both state and federal courts). If only admitted to practice in one of these jurisdictions, must be eligible for admission to the other jurisdiction.
- Admission to other state bars is a plus.
- 3-5 years of practical experience.
- Prior litigation experience.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
