About the role:An Employment Law Firm is actively seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed in California with a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience. While direct Labor & Employment Law experience is not required, it is strongly preferred. A demonstrated interest or passion for employment litigation is essential.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and litigate civil litigation matters with supervision
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Participate in virtual court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven legal team
- Support clients during sensitive and challenging circumstances
What We're Looking For:
- Must be an active member of the California State Bar
- At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for labor and employment law
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
