Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney with less than 5 years of experience. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and handling all aspects of litigation in various subject matters. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing general legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- Litigation experience required if not a first or second year attorney
- Experience in conducting legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- CA bar license in good standing
