Associate Attorney (Remote)

Goldstein Law Group, is an AV rated insurance defense law firm seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 1 -3 years' experience The ideal candidate will have a strong writing and communication skills. We offer hands on training and mentorship and a great support staff.

We are currently seeking motivated, self-starters with good communication, writing, research and organization skills to review and analyze insurance claim file materials in a fully remote and digital environment. This position requires a working knowledge of Excel and Adobe Acrobat including the use of internal bookmarking features and adherence to our naming convention. The ideal candidate will have granular attention to detail and experience reviewing insurance claim materials which may include but are not limited to adjuster notes, traffic crash reports, photographs, investigative reports, demand letters, medical records and bills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify connections and patterns are a must as is the ability to articulate common schemes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of one year experience in Insurance Defense, or similar practice
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
