The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Pennsylvania team's practice structure and leadership.

- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar and in good standing (required).
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1 years of civil defense litigation experience including general liability, premise liability and construction defects.
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
