  • Manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and more.
  • Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates and legal counsel.
  • Develop case strategies and engage in negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (or awaiting bar exam results).
  • Experience in family law is preferred but not required; we welcome applications from recent law school graduates, attorneys who completed clerkships, and those with experience in other practice areas.
  • Effective writing skills and proficiency in legal research tools, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and related deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Dedication to professional growth and a desire to build a long-term career with our firm.
