Seeking Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney Licensed in NY (Additional States Beneficial)Job Description:
Our respected law firm specializes in Estate Planning and Elder Law, and we are currently looking for a dedicated attorney to join our team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing trusts, managing deeds and transfer documents, Medicaid packages, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Experience with pooled trusts is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare essential legal documents under the mentorship of our lead attorney.
- Handle case files from start to finish, ensuring adherence to legal standards and client satisfaction.
- Offer legal advice and services to our diverse clientele efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice in New York; licenses in additional states like NJ and FL are a plus.
- Newly licensed attorneys who graduated with high academic distinction or scored highly on the Bar exam are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Russian is preferred to serve our diverse client base effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in Estate Planning and Elder Law preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
