Job Overview:
Los Angeles Catastrophic Personal Injury Law Firm seeks to add two associates to our growing practice. The first position is for a trial attorney. The second position is for a pre-trial litigation attorney with strong experience in law and motion and trial documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
  • Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Perform other legal administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research purposes
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
