Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support in trial preparation.
- Utilize legal research tools such as LexisNexis to gather relevant case law and statutes.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California state bar and good standing.
- Experience in a law office setting is preferred; familiarity with employment law is a plus.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
