Sternshein Legal Group, LLP is a respected 41-year-old boutique law firm located in Orange County, CA, that focuses on Healthcare Transactions.We are seeking an Associate Attorney who will report to a Partner who specializes in representing closely-held businesses and providing transactional, finance, real estate, and regulatory advice.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Finance, AR, LOC, Merger, Acquisitions transactions
- Ability to close complex commercial real estate transactions independently
- Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate clearly and prioritize practical issues for clients.
- Self-starter
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues on a range of practice group topics
- Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Finance Documents and Security Instruments
- Corporate Filings, Consents, and Resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. and an active California Bar license
- 5 years of experience as a licensed California attorney
- 5 years commercial real estate and transactions experience.
