Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Associate Attorney who will assist the Premise Liability Attorney in providing legal counsel to clients. We are searching for a highly analytical attorney who is capable of handling complex legal cases and posses strong investigative and organizational abilities.
- Draft litigation documetns to include pleadings, discovery reqeusts, discovery responses, motions, and memoranda of law
- Coordinate discovery and discovery effors with paralegal and other legal support staff
- Manage a pre-lit premise team
- Guide plantiff clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses to includ econferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits
- Prepare and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court apperances
- Research and prepare legal opnions on various legal issues
Qualifications:

- 0+ years of premise liability experience
- Posses the leadership skills to build and manage legal team
- Ability to interreact with clients during their time of need
- Determination to get the best results for our clients and to win cases
- This position is in a professional office setting
- 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday
