With offices across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our New Jersey Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Arbitration and Litigation practice. Candidates may work from any of our New Jersey office locations, including Marlton, Livingston, and Shrewsbury.The associate will independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution. The work includes preparing Forthright arbitration filings; arguing hearings on medical necessity, coverage, and fee schedule issues; handling DRP appeals and applications to confirm or vacate awards; and litigating in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Candidates must be admitted in New Jersey and have strong advocacy, writing, and organizational skills. Experience with no-fault law, medical records, and billing codes is preferred.
Qualified Candidates Must Possess the Following:
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing;
- At least three years of experience handling New Jersey PIP arbitrations and related litigation;
- Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and organizational skills;
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with New Jersey no-fault law;
- Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, and fee schedule analysis;
- Experience handling DRP appeals and related Superior Court proceedings.
The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
