Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution and trial.
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Appear regularly in court for hearings, mediations, and trials—ensuring strong courtroom presence.
- Collaborate closely with partners and team members to strategize case development and outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture that values transparency and shared success.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience in NY and NJ.
- Licensure: Active admission to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
- Trial Skills: Proven courtroom experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Expertise: Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities in complex litigation.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
