Description:

Balaban Law, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its practice in the Denver metro area. Qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate strong dedication to personal injury law and a passion for helping people; will possess strong organizational, communication, and writing skills; is energetic, hard-working, and a team-player. A minimum of two years' experience in personal injury, with trial experience, is required.

Position comes with built-in docket, and immediate opportunity for earning.

Salary Negotiable: Includes Base salary plus commission on any case Associate handles. Commission comes in from effort and willingness to diligently manage cases. Continuous Docket provided by Firm. Associate can gather, and is encouraged to bring in, own cases as well.

Successful Candidates need to:

Be experienced in running own caseload in Personal Injury, 1- 3 years expertise in practicing plaintiff Personal Injury Law.
Licensed to practice in Colorado
Strong ability to negotiate with opposing counsel
Personable and Empathetic
Self-motivated and organized
Desire to be part of a dynamic, collaborative and rapidly growing legal practice that is dedicated to helping injured individuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to provide high-quality service to all clients
Have some trial experience
Bi-Lingual a plus
