Position Overview:As a Litigation Attorney in our Personal Injury Department, you'll join a respected, high-performing team known for significant verdicts and settlements. This on-site role is ideal for those who want meaningful courtroom experience and the ability to work on challenging, high-profile matters, while benefiting from mentorship and genuine growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents (motions, pleadings, etc.) and conduct thorough research.
- Negotiate favorable settlements in complex legal disputes.
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff.
- Perform key administrative and case management tasks in a tech-forward environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland and/or VA Bar (DC is a plus), or eligibility to become admitted.
- 2+ years of litigation experience (Personal Injury preferred).
- Advanced legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Base Salary $75,000 – $145,000/year (DOE)
