- Associate Attorney (entry to mid-level)
- Experienced Attorney / Shareholder (civil litigation and/or estate planning)
Firm Shareholder Opportunity
We are especially interested in welcoming an experienced attorney who is ready to take on a leadership role as a shareholder in the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer who wants to build on their practice with the benefits, support, and reputation of a well-established firm.
The ideal shareholder candidate will:
- Bring substantial experience in civil litigation and/or estate planning.
- Be eager to develop and expand client relationships, with support from our existing client base.
- Contribute to the firm and work closely with our other shareholders.

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be motivated to continue the firm's practice areas.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits. For shareholder-level candidates, compensation and structure will be tailored based on experience, client base, and long-term goals.
Associate Attorney Position
The Associate Attorney role is designed for attorneys with at least two years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is primarily focused on advising clients and drafting legal documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on a broad range of legal matters.
- Draft and review documents with precision and care.
- Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy.
- This position does not involve court appearances or litigation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
- Active Kansas Bar license in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and group life insurance.
- Part-time: Flexible schedule, some weekday availability required. Paid hourly, no benefits.
