Century City Personal Injury firm looking for an Associate Attorney. Personal Injury firm looking to expand, forward thinking legal minds to continue getting great results for our clients.Duties and responsibilities include:
- Handle 30+ cases in litigation
- Overlook discovery / propound and respond to discovery
- Prepare clients for and take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings in state courts
- Facilitate negotiation discussions
- Provide communication and excellent customer service to all clients
Qualifications/Requirements:
- In good standing and have a CA license
- 2+ years of experience in Civil litigation required; prior Personal Injury experience preferred
- Able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent research skill and oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Driven to grow
