Duties:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a variety of legal tasks, including:
- Conducting thorough legal research.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Representing clients in negotiations and litigation across various legal matters.
- Advising clients on issues related to real estate law, construction law, probate law, and contracts.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies and client management
- Maintaining accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards
Experience:
Candidates should possess:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in litigation and preferably, experience in real estate, construction, or probate matters.
- Strong writing skills for effective legal drafting and communication
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
- Prior experience in a law office setting is advantageous
