Job Overview:Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join our litigation practice; we are willing to train the right person. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with a senior attorney on all types of litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to pleadings
- Research, draft, and argue motions to the Court
- Work with clients to obtain necessary information, documents, and strategy decisions
- Serve and review discovery responses and documents
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Utah (or ability to obtain)
- 1-4 years of experience in litigation or real estate law
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
