Job Summary:Pfund McDonnell, P.C. is a small boutique litigation law firm located in Ridgewood, New Jersey looking to hire an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Pfund McDonnell, P.C. specializes in defending claims against municipalities, employment litigation, automobile negligence, insurance coverage issues, landlord/tenant, workers compensation and general litigation. The position primarily involves substantial litigation practice from inception through all stages of trial including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, trials/appeals.
Responsibilities:
Draft discovery, motions, prepare legal documents, legal research, briefs, court appearances, depositions and trial prep.
