Description:
CLINE APC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Attorney with a minimum of 0-1 years' experience in Civil Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will manage your own Plaintiffs-side caseload (under the supervision of senior attorneys) from filing suit, discovery, motions to settlement/resolution. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills. Former experience in civil litigation is preferrable but not required.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services. Applicants would be hard pressed to find another attorney position that provides more hands-on litigation experience.
Requirements:
- Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing
- (Preferred) One to two years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
- Effective verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Professional judgment and a proactive approach to case management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
