We are a small civil litigation law firm that works on large commercial cases. We are seeking a driven attorney to handle cases from initial review through appeal primarily in the areas of civil, business, real estate, and construction litigation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee civil and general commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including case assessment, strategy development, and calendar management.
Prepare for and participate in court depositions, hearings, and trials; draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other resources; analyze evidence, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients in negotiations and proceedings.
Advise clients on procedural law, risk assessment, and case strategy; coordinate with investigators, experts, and other counsel as needed.
Maintain thorough case management, document organization, and communication with stakeholders to ensure timely progression of matters.
