- JD from an accredited university and active Nevada or/and Utah Bar License
- Proficiency in legal research, electronic discovery and database tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly learn software systems.
- Ability to perform well in a collegial environment
- Excellent management and people skills
