Timoney Knox, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join the Litigation team in our Fort Washington, PA office. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation;
- Work on a mix of matters consisting of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and other real estate related work;
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents;
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues;
- Collaborate within a collegial and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- License in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania;
- 2 or more years of relevant litigation experience;
- Experience in both commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation (or a strong interest and aptitude in real estate matters);
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation practice;
- Willing and able to work primarily in-office, with the option of one remote day per week available after six months (based on performance and firm needs)
