Overview:Cain & Skarnulis PLLC, a downtown Austin boutique law firm is seeking Litigation Associate(s) to complement its diverse and thriving litigation practice.
The ideal candidate(s) has at least 2-5 years of legal experience and strong academic credentials. Precise writing and detailed research skills are musts. The firm encourages its associates to take on substantive roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial.

Duties:
Litigation Associate(s) will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to legal research and writing, motions, depositions, and court appearances within the field of commercial litigation. This position is full-time, in-office Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Legal skills in litigation and court procedure
- Experience in conducting legal research and preparing motions or other briefs
- Proficiency in preparing for and conducting depositions
- Familiarity with court systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of construction issues is a plus
- 2-5 Years litigation experience is a plus
