Attwood Corlett LLC is a New Jersey-based boutique litigation firm committed to delivering strategic and practical defense solutions to our clients. We are seeking a smart, driven associate attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Paramus.What You'll Do:
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and client communications
- Work directly with partners and clients in a highly collaborative environment
- Grow with the firm and contribute to its long-term vision
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience (insurance defense or clerkship experience a plus)
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey (NY admission a plus)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Eager to take ownership of work and make a meaningful impact in a small firm setting
