Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation
Manage discovery including preparation of written discovery, review of e-discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
Assist in case strategy and trial preparation
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Indiana (or eligible for admission)
2-7 years of legal experience preferred (construction law experience a plus)
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
