A civil litigation defense firm comprised of over 200 attorneys with offices throughout the United States. The firm places an emphasis on strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.The attorney will work closely with the office's established team of litigators to service the firm's robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement. Additionally, the attorney will receive ample mentorship and marketing support in growing their own client base.
A National Boutique Law Firm offers extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and bonus opportunities. Associate attorney salary will range from $115,000 to $190,000, dependent upon experience, graduation year and bar year. This position contemplates a hybrid or fully in-office arrangement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Admitted to the California Bar.
- 1-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
- Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum, and potential additional discretionary bonuses dependent on performance and business generation.
