We are seeking attorneys with 2+ years experience in the areas of criminal defense, and/or family law, and/or personal injury and civil rights. We are a growing and busy law firm practicing primarily in Criminal Defense seeking to expand our areas to personal injury, family law and civil rights. We have immediate openings to join our quickly growing office located in downtown Worcester.This is an excellent opportunity for a new attorney to build their practice and be their own boss in the areas that they wish to practice. We are a trial office that conducts many trials and evidentiary hearings so the ideal candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic, eager to adapt and develop as an attorney and provide assistance to the other attorneys in the office. This office does not look over your shoulder and is not a M-F 9a to 5pm office. Attorneys are free to control their own schedule and time off.
Compensation is based upon experience and is commission structure, to be discussed with the candidate at the interview. Full health insurance.
We are located in downtown Worcester and have just obtained additional office space in the area of City Hall between Federal Court and Worcester Court House.
Those seeking positions in the civil areas must have experience in the rules of civil procedure and the local rules, have conducted depositions and willing to provide sample writings and deposition transcripts (redacted). Must have experience in negotiating settlements.
Our pay scales are based upon the percentages of work brought in and judgments received and our percentage of that work is paid to the attorney. These are the highest in the area.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (jd) Degree from An Accredited Law School with Active Bar Admission
- Proven Experience in Areas of Law Sought.
- Strong Knowledge of Procedural Law
- Excellent Writing Skills with The Ability to Produce Clear, Concise Legal Drafts and Motions Under Tight Deadlines.
- Demonstrated Ability to Conduct Legal Research in Areas of Law Sought.
