Description: Donelson, D'Alessandro & Peterson, LLC is seeking an Associate attorney with 0–3 years' experience. The firm is a general practice law firm located in Woodbury, NJ with cases throughout the state. The firm handles a wide range of matters from civil litigation, family law, employment law, local government law, and municipal court among others. The associate would be expected to fully participate in cases and will work on every aspect of a case during the litigation process. The associate can expect to have contact with clients on a regular basis. The associate can also expect to have courtroom advocacy and legal writing opportunities shortly after joining the firm. Given the broad geographic scope of the firm, travel will be expected within New Jersey.Admission to the NJ bar or pending NJ bar results required. The job would be conditional on successful bar passage.
Salary: $80,000 minimum starting salary negotiable with relevant experience.
