TW Law Group, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Family Law Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of courtroom experience, strong legal writing skills, sound judgment, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Attorney, who will provide ongoing mentorship and facilitate direct client engagement. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing high-quality legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law relevant to family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements
- Handle court appearances, including motion hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to prepare for hearings and trials
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
- Participate in strategy development and case planning with the Managing Attorney
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
