What We're Looking For:
An attorney who is:
  • Hard-working and highly organized
  • Comfortable managing a diverse caseload (pre-suit and litigation)
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • A natural leader capable of developing and guiding support staff
  • Passionate about client advocacy and delivering top-notch legal service
  • A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Honest, coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Licensed to practice in Florida (required)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Conduct client interviews, investigate claims, and gather supporting evidence
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery documents
  • Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
  • Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery
  • Counsel clients throughout the legal process with empathy and clarity
  • Oversee, train, and support legal assistants and case management staff
