We also represent large law firms in legal malpractice cases, and we defend national and regional news media clients in defamation and public access cases. Although most of our fee arrangements are hourly, we accept select contingency and incentive fee cases which expands the scope of business our lawyers can generate while creating substantial financial opportunities for both the firm and its clients.
