This position is not for everyone. We are seeking an associate attorney with 1+ years' experience in Litigation law, either on the plaintiff or defense side (including Prosecutor or Public Defender), along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Individual should possess excellent writing ability and enthusiasm about the practice of law.Ideal candidate is one who posses a growth mindset. Candidate is motivated by challenges and seeks to get better with each opportunity. Candidate displays a long-term perspective. While patience is required, passivity is not. The attorney will be assisting attorneys with their cases (personal injury and civil litigation) and also carry their own caseload. The attorney will be expected to handle cases from inception through trial and will be taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, attending hearings, preparing discovery responses, and trial.
