Boutique construction law firm seeks associate with 2-5 years of experience. Position involves advising clients regarding complex disputes, including pre-litigation risk management and all elements of litigation (pleadings, motions practice, written discovery, depositions, and litigation). Position may also involve advising clients regarding risk management and contract negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, and other transactional business advising. Ideal candidate will have trial experience and/or construction experience, with passion for advocacy. Candidate must be admitted to practice in DC, with admission in MD and VA a plus.
