The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and possess strong organizational, communication, and litigation skills. Criminal law experience is preferred, and trial experience is highly desirable.
Candidates should be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, litigating cases through trial, and drafting legal motions, pleadings, and correspondence for courts and court personnel. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and legal assistants while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A willingness to travel throughout the State of Georgia for court appearances and hearings is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable consulting with both existing clients and prospective clients seeking legal representation.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Bar License (Required)
- Member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia (Required)
- Ability to travel throughout Georgia for court appearances. Company vehicle to be provided once onboarding has been completed.
