We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation defense practice. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience and a solid foundation in discovery, motion practice, and trial work. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Manage discovery, including written responses and production disputes.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in case strategy discussions.
  • Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar (mandatory).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while managing an individual caseload.
