The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience and a solid foundation in discovery, motion practice, and trial work. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
- Manage discovery, including written responses and production disputes.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in case strategy discussions.
- Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar (mandatory).
