Job Overview:
Seeking an attorney who is both aggressive and creative in pursuing the client's best interests. Will primarily work with the named partners and must be willing to adopt/adapt to their aggressive litigation strategy (i.e., a willingness to fight out disputes in court). The ideal candidate should have 8+ years' of litigation experience and possesses the ability to independently manage a case from start to finish. Experience in the areas of real estate, business, banking, creditors' rights, employment law, personal injury, RICO, and intellectual property a plus.
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Ability to commute to Tucker, GA. We are conveniently located off I-285, two exits south of Spaghetti Junction
- Full time (regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Must be a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.
- Excellent online legal research and legal writing skills (writing sample requested)
