As a midsize civil litigation defense firm, Fisher Patterson offers a welcoming, collaborative environment where attorneys can build meaningful litigation experience, work directly with clients, and learn alongside colleagues recognized by U.S. News' Best Lawyers as part of a First-Tier law firm in Municipal Defense and Civil Rights Litigation, as well as Labor & Employment Litigation.This opportunity may be a strong fit for a newly admitted attorney or an attorney with up to five or more years of experience who is licensed and in good standing in Kansas and ready to grow, take on substantive responsibility, and contribute to state and federal court matters.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical ability, excellent writing skills, sound judgment, strong organization skills, the ability to accurately record billable hours, and a desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality advocacy for clients.
Associates in this role are supported while developing a broad range of litigation skills, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
