Description:
Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Security Disability attorney to handle all aspects of SSDI and SSI claims.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Arizona licensure preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Security Disability law preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in SSDI and SSI claims, including administrative hearings and appeals.
- Prepare legal briefs, client testimony, and supporting documentation for hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
- Analyze medical records and vocational evidence to build strong cases.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication throughout the case lifecycle.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to manage caseload efficiently.
- Stay current on Social Security laws, regulations, and policy updates.
