NedaLawyer, APC is a Temecula family law firm representing business owners and professionals in high-asset divorce, custody, and support matters. We are hiring a family law associate with 2–5 years of experience who wants substantive work, real courtroom time, and direct mentorship from the managing attorney.
What we offer:
- $150,000 – $185,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses

Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Manage a family law caseload from filing through resolution, with partner oversight
- Appear at RFOs, DVRO hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in Riverside County Superior Court
- Handle complex property issues: business valuation, characterization, tracing, and support based on non-W-2 income
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery
- Work with forensic accountants, 730 evaluators, and vocational experts
- Communicate with clients clearly and promptly throughout their case
Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
- Active California State Bar license with 2–5 years of family law experience
- Courtroom experience in California family court
- Strong writing skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently
- Interest in pursuing Certified Family Law Specialist status (preferred)
