Position - Associate Attorney:
We're looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney who's ready to jump in, think fast, and handle cases that matter. You'll work closely with our litigation team, take ownership of your cases, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
This is your chance to join a modern firm that's doing law differently.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive arguments that actually win.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and all other legal documents with precision.
- Handle litigation from intake to resolution (we mean all phases).
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other key proceedings.
- Collaborate with a supportive, highly skilled team on strategy and case development.
- Communicate directly with clients (we like humans here, not middlemen).
- Work with the team to hit all deadlines like your life depends on it, because sometimes it does.
- A licensed Florida attorney with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
- A strong legal writer and communicator (bonus points for creativity and clarity).
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and organized enough to make a calendar blush.
- Confident working independently but collaborative by nature.
- Experience in litigation preferred—but we'll train the right person with grit and drive.
- Familiarity with FileVine = gold star (not required).
