Role Description:This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney. Candidates should have 2-5 years of insurance defense/litigation experience in Texas, preparing pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, handling depositions, and attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Admission to the Texas State Bar
- Experience in handling litigation cases is a plus
