Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis to support case development across multiple practice areas
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, discovery and client correspondence with precision and clarity
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with court depositions and trial preparation
- Negotiate settlements and legal terms on behalf of clients with opposing counsel in various litigation
