Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Direct Impact: You will have direct client contact from Day 1. You won't be hidden away in your office; you will be at the table.
  • Transactional Execution: Lead and support corporate formations, structuring, private client matters, and real estate transactions.
  • Strategic Litigation: Handle commercial and business litigation matters, from drafting pleadings to appearing in court.
  • Business Development: We don't just "allow" networking – it's expected and we support it. You will be encouraged (including financially) to begin building your own book of business with the firm's full mentorship.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or litigation (ideally a mix).
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York (or the ability to waive in).
  • A "Self-Starter" Mindset: You are comfortable working independently and are highly organized.
