A New Jersey Personal Injury Law Firm, a prominent and proactive law firm, is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dedicated employment law team in Springfield, NJ. This position is ideal for a dynamic legal professional passionate about advocating for employees' rights in a variety of complex employment law matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for employees in disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other employment issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, offering empathetic and effective counsel.

Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey, or eligible for NJ bar admission.
  • 1-3 years of experience in employment law, preferably representing employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

License/Certification:
