About the Firm:Rachal Law Group is a small but growing law practice based in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The firm is currently operated by a solo practitioner and primarily focuses on immigration law, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, and removal defense.
Due to increasing demand from the local community, the firm is expanding to include general practice services, including simple domestic matters, criminal defense, and general civil cases.
This position is ideal for a newly licensed attorney who is motivated to gain courtroom experience, develop practical legal skills, and build relationships with attorneys and judges in the Maury, Williamson, and Davidson County courts.
Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a newly licensed attorney who is interested in developing a broad general practice skillset. This role offers hands-on experience managing cases from intake through resolution, while receiving mentorship and exposure to a variety of practice areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to get their foot in the door, gain real courtroom experience, and build a professional network within the local legal community.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with prospective and existing clients
- Managing a caseload involving simple domestic, criminal, and civil matters
- Preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Appearing in local courts in Maury, Williamson, and Davidson Counties
- Communicating with opposing counsel, courts, and clients
- Assisting with case preparation and legal research
- Maintaining organized case files and tracking case progress
Compensation:
This position is structured as a 40% fee split to the attorney on collected legal fees.
The estimated annual earnings range listed reflects typical earnings based on expected case volume.

As a solo practitioner, she has built the firm from the ground up and maintains a strong commitment to mentorship, practical training, and hands-on legal experience for new attorneys.
